| Member Duties : This is a capacity-building position only. The VISTA will not provide direct services. The member will:
Develop and organize educational resource guides. Create materials for workshops and peer-led trainings. Support coordination of trainings and internal materials. Research best practices related to veteran transition and justice reentry. Assist with integrating research into programs. Support the development of peer-led and life-skills materials. Assist with workforce and education connections. Support partner outreach and process documentation. Build systems that strengthen long-term sustainability.
