Community Research & Evaluation Fellows

This summer project focuses on how cities are responding to extreme heat and changing weather conditions, and how GGO can better support communities as they navigate these challenges. What you’ll do * Support community-based research activities * Engage with community members and partners * Assist with data collection, documentation, and basic evaluation work * Help translate research findings into practical, community-focused insights * Participate in public-facing and collaborative research efforts Who this is for * Students or early-career individuals interested in public health, education, urban environments, climate, heat and extreme weather, or community development * People who are comfortable talking with others and working in community settings * Reliable, thoughtful, curious individuals who want hands-on experience * Prior research experience is helpful but not required—training will be provided
