2026 YouthBuild Recruitment VISTA- Ruth YouthBuild

Alliance for Community Empowerment (ACE) is seeking a VISTA member to strengthen the organization’s capacity to engage community partners, expand recruitment pipelines, and enhance program visibility. The VISTA will develop and implement strategic partnership and outreach plans to build sustainable relationships with community organizations, employers, and educational institutions, promoting ACE’s programs, volunteer opportunities, and workforce initiatives. They will create and maintain a centralized partnership and recruitment database to track volunteers, interns, program candidates, and community stakeholders, ensuring accurate data management and streamlined communication. The member will also enhance ACE’s digital and print outreach by developing newsletters, social media content, flyers, and informational materials, establishing consistent communication schedules, and evaluating engagement data to improve outreach effectiveness. Additionally, the VISTA will assess recruitment and data management processes, develop standardized procedures, and train staff and key stakeholders on database use and best practices. Through these activities, the VISTA will help ACE expand access to education and workforce development opportunities, strengthen community relationships, and build sustainable systems that support youth and families in achieving economic mobility and long-term self-sufficiency.

They will enhance ACE’s digital presence by developing a consistent outreach schedule, newsletters, and print and digital materials, while evaluating engagement data to improve communication strategies. The VISTA will also design and maintain a recruitment database, develop standardized data procedures, and train staff to ensure sustainability. Through these efforts, the member will help ACE increase visibility, expand collaborative relationships, and improve pathways that support long-term economic mobility for youth and families.
