Half-Time Pathways to Prosperity La Pine SVdP

Make a real difference in your community while gaining valuable skills and experience. As an AmeriCorps member, you’ll serve in La Pine, Redmond, or Bend to support individuals and families facing poverty, homelessness, and economic hardship. Your service will include connecting people with resources for food, housing, hygiene, utilities, and workforce support; distributing meals and supplies; assisting with self-sufficiency programs; and helping track outcomes that strengthen services. You’ll also support thrift store operations that fund community programs, coordinate volunteers, and participate in statewide service projects. Along the way, you’ll receive professional training, leadership development, and the chance to earn an education award upon completion of service. Members receive a living stipend, may qualify for childcare assistance, and will build skills in communication, teamwork, and community leadership. This is more than service—it’s a pathway to growth, impact, and connection. Join us in reducing poverty, expanding opportunity, and strengthening resilience across Central Oregon.
