The Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Data Specialist is responsible for leading efforts to monitor, evaluate, and improve program quality and outcomes for youth programs within the organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making, enhance program effectiveness, and ensure positive impacts on the youth served.

Member Duties : Work directly with youth implementing high-quality programming in key areas focusing on Arts, Education, Health/Wellness, Career Development, Character/Leadership, and/or Sports/Recreation.
