College Possible College Access and Success Coach 25-26
 
 
 
College Possible is a nonprofit organization that provides low-income students with six years of free, personalized coaching—from high school through college graduation—to help them navigate college admissions, financial aid, and academic success. Through in-person and virtual support led by AmeriCorps coaches, students receive guidance on test prep, applications, and career readiness, significantly increasing their chances of enrolling in and completing college.

Member Duties : AmeriCorps Access Coaches at College Possible help high school students navigate the college application process and prepare for higher education. They provide personalized mentoring, assist with standardized test preparation, explore financial aid options, and identify scholarship opportunities. Access Coaches build strong relationships with students, offering guidance, encouragement, and resources throughout their journey. By working with families, schools, and community partners, they create a support system that helps students prepare for college and achieve their goals.
