Breakthrough Atlanta School Year AmeriCorps Member 25-26

Breakthrough Atlanta’s High School Readiness Program is seeking to increase student engagement & retention through our six-year program. One strategy that we have in place to achieve this goal is implementing in-person summer and school-year programming for our rising 7th-9th grade scholars. During the school year, students attend Super Saturdays where they explore the enrichment and 21st century skills they’ll need to achieve their college and career goals through hands-on enrichment opportunities. Throughout the school year, the High School Readiness department works to recruit and retain middle grades and undergraduate students for the upcoming summer program.
