| Member Duties : Enhance the project success by supporting recruitment and selection of high quality AmeriCorps VISTA members to ensure project success. Develop and conduct orientation and training to equip AmeriCorps VISTA members with knowledge and skills related to the project. Enhance AmeriCorps VISTA project and member effectiveness by facilitating monthly AmeriCorps VISTA events, supporting team members in their work, and monitoring member performance measures. Enhance AmeriCorps VISTA project stability and sustainability.
