Member Duties : Coordinate 1:1 nutrition/health coaching meeting with students.
Implement health education curriculums to students in schools and community organizations.
Arrange for Vision Specialists to see students at school.
Arrange for Advocate Dental Van to see students.
Develop monthly adolescent health topics to address on health center bulletin boards and newsletters.
Host health promotions activities in the lunchroom and at school events.
Support promotion, recruitment and engagement of Erie’s School Based Advisory Board and the Youth Advisory Committee.
Facilitate projects in collaboration with school-based health leadership and staff to decrease barriers and increase engagement in health center initiatives.
