Member Duties : Assist in preparing grant reports, data dissemination, grant proposals and information requests from community partners. Attend community outreach events. Create visually appealing way to tell the story of the need for free clinics. Assist in planning special events. Create social media posts with targeted messages to patients, volunteers, donors, and community partners. Assist in updating agency website as needed. Learn usage electronic medical record system, including reporting functions. Assist with “closing” on-site clinic to ensure follow up care. Assist with collection of outcome data. Assist with clinical program development. Update clinical policy and procedure manual as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality. Maintain a “team player” attitude
