Early Learning Tutor

Summary Ninety percent of a child’s brain development happens before the age of 5, and we’re on a mission to help our youngest learners start strong! Join Early Learning Corps as an Early Learning Tutor and you’ll spend your days in a pre-kindergarten classroom to help students build skills and confidence. We’ll train you to deliver proven activities and coach you every step of the way! How does it work? Partnering with a teacher, you’ll help enhance learning. Whether talking, reading, writing, singing, or playing with students, you’ll be helping them to build early literacy and math skills. Member Duties : Core Responsibilities -Be a caring adult who’s focused on helping students thrive -Support preschoolers with learning activities throughout the day -Track student progress and meet regularly with the school’s on-site coach -Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into tracking software -Commit to your own growth through coaching and training -Share your experience with the community Schedule We are currently hiring for the 2025-26 school year. Positions run October 2025-June 2026. -35 hours per week (less in weeks with holidays or school release days) -Daytime hours (correspond with school start and end times) -Monday-Friday (no weekends) -Time off on holidays and school release days -Part-time positions are also available at 25 and 18 hours per week!¿
