| Member Duties : Manage a caseload of 10–20 high school students by creating individualized 4-year funding plans, tracking FAFSA, scholarship, and admissions milestones, and providing one-on-one guidance. Support students with scholarship searches, essay feedback, and financial aid navigation through TSA’s Virtual Scholarship Center. Facilitate FAFSA and scholarship workshops. Maintain student case notes. Engage families, schools, and partners through regular communication and events. Participate in professional development, staying current on FAFSA changes, scholarship trends, and best practices.
