| Member Duties : The Team Lead will serve full-time with the United Way of the Piedmont as a peer leader to AmeriCorps Teacher Support Specialists. They will also assist the Program Coordinator with member recruitment, orientation and planning and executing regular member trainings. They will work to improve communication with teachers and members by sending weekly newsletters and conducting regular check-ins with teachers and members.
