Peace Corps Fellows/AmeriCorps Program
 
 
 
As part of the graduate degree program, Fellows serve a graduate assistantship/AmeriCorps service term in a rural community, leading local development projects, such as: downtown revitalization, business retention and expansion, tourism development, health education, volunteer management, and disaster preparedness. Fellows work to build local capacity, mobilize people, and make sustainable progress.

Member Duties : Members will assist with implementation of community development projects, such as: downtown revitalization, business retention and expansion, tourism development, local education initiatives, youth development, health outreach, education leadership, volunteer engagement, and disaster preparedness. Members work to build local capacity, mobilize people, and make sustainable progress in the rural communities they serve.
