| Member Duties : The Campus Compact EnviroCorps (CCEC) program at Clark University builds on Clark’s Human-Environment Regional Observatory (HERO) program, to better serve the Main South community and numerous partner organizations through coordinating volunteer-based nature conservation programs. Clark’s Half-time CCEC member will support volunteer management and training for nature conservation activities, develop environmental education events, and deepen partnerships with area schools and non-profit organizations. These activities will bolster conservation and sustainability initiatives within the community by fostering local knowledge of urban ecosystems, developing skills necessary for effective stewardship, and strengthening connections among schools, universities and local organizations.
