Financial Systems Support VISTA
 
 
 
The Financial Systems Support VISTA project aims to strengthen the organization’s financial infrastructure by identifying key priorities through capacity assessments. Then, the member can recommend, research, and/or propose improvements to a variety of fiscal domains. From budgets, reporting processes, the standardization of tools and procedures, systems, and compliance/audit readiness. The goal is to make recommendations that enhance fiscal consistency, transparency, and efficiency across the organization.

Member Duties : Review the current policies and procedures to identify financial management priorities and needs. Provide recommendations on creating or refining, budget and fiscal systems based on a review of current practices. Research financial systems or software appropriate for organizations. Propose new protocols for financial governance and compliance based on a review of current policies/procedures and research for improved internal practices.
