Arabella Resiliency Pathways Vol Engmt VISTA_Teleservice_Y1

Arabella Wellness Center Inc serves low-income women across North Texas, with a specific focus on three high-stress and under-resourced groups: veterans, educators, and healthcare professionals. Our mission is to elevate the lives of women by championing their well-being and enriching their quality of life through wellness and educational experiences. Many of these women face overlapping barriers such as limited access to affordable mental health care, lack of culturally responsive wellness services, and caregiving responsibilities that prevent sustained engagement in healing programs. Arabella Wellness addresses poverty-related needs rooted in unaddressed trauma, occupational stress, and unequal access to holistic care for low-income women who serve in high-burden roles. These include veterans, teachers, and frontline healthcare workers—populations that report high rates of anxiety, PTSD, and secondary trauma.
