Member Duties : Gain valuable experience and impact your community by helping to grow both Wisconsin 4-H and our 4-H partners!. Whether build relationships with youth organizations; seeing what is offered and what COULD be offered, participating in meetings to learn more about your county or developing and delivering programming to meet identified needs, make an impact on the lives of youth and reach new, more and different youth with high quality programming! Along the way, you will build your skills, including recruitment and retention of youth and volunteers, curriculum review, development and teaching practice, youth development skills and even evaluation.
