TMA Towson University Support Military-Connected Student

The project aims to support the health and economic stability of students at Towson University who are veterans and military-connected, addressing financial insecurity through financial literacy education and increasing Pell Grant utilization. It seeks to boost persistence and retention rates by providing targeted academic, social, and personal support, including specialized one-on-one advising. Graduation rates will improve through these interventions, opening doors to well-paid, sustainable employment. Additionally, a “Health Passport” program will promote well-being across multiple dimensions. Lastly, education, professional, and social opportunities will expand through initiatives like the Annual Veterans Day Celebration and Resource Fair.
