Member Duties : The major duties and responsibilities of the Resident Health Navigator is to advocate for quality medical care for individuals who reside at the Scranton ICF facility. In addition, the individual in this position will advocate for meaningful interactions and opportunities within the community. This is done through the preparation for, attendance at and appointment, attending and providing accurate information to the medical provider and then relaying this information back to the appropriate parties at the Center.
