IPPR's Building Capacity for a Change Project
 
 
 
The Instituto Psicopedagógico de Puerto Rico (IPPR) seeks a Fund Development Coordinator VISTA to build a sustainable fundraising and donor engagement program. IPPR has served individuals with intellectual disabilities for over 75 years, offering housing, health services, and habilitation programs. This VISTA member will enhance financial stability by identifying funding opportunities, drafting grant proposals, developing donor materials, and coordinating special gift campaigns. The role also includes creating systems to track fundraising efforts and training staff on best practices. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and passionate about nonprofit sustainability. Member Duties : The VISTA will help IPPR establish a sustainable fundraising program by researching grants, drafting proposals, engaging donors, and tracking fundraising metrics. The member will support the creation of partnership proposals and develop tools for staff and volunteer training in donor management. This role supports IPPR’s long-term financial stability, enabling continued service to adults with intellectual disabilities.
