| Member Duties : The Delmar Main Street Economic Mobility VISTA member will build the capacity of Delmar Main Street by developing the standard operating procedures, tools, and methods needed to implement and promote Delmar’s economic mobility navigation model for the small and mid-sized businesses along its commercial corridor. The member will develop plans to strengthen key strategic partnerships to create sustainable pathways and an anti-poverty focus for entrepreneurs to thrive financially. By targeting small businesses, historically vulnerable to disinvestment, concentrated on the Delmar corridor in the 63112-target zip code, the VISTAs service will increase engagement to access economic development tools, resources, and capital by 20%.
