Member Duties : The member will serve with the Director of Education in the planning and implementation of an outstanding educational camp experiences for all participants. General duties will include planning, curriculum development, student instruction, and program evaluation. Specific duties and responsibilities to include:
-Assisting staff with planning and facilitating nature-based and/or STEAM daily activities for camp programs for kids ages 4 to 8
-Assisting with butterfly house maintenance
-Supporting botany research and data collection/management
-Rehousing, cleaning, organizing, and cataloging the museum's permanent collections
-Developing and installing exhibits based on collections
-Aiding in museum public programs
