Member Duties : Develop and Implement Community Outreach Initiatives.
Conduct research to identify community needs, interests, and barriers to engagement.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of TPMG and its programs within the community.
Identify and communicate with local organizations, businesses, and leaders to expand outreach efforts and partnerships.
Recruit Community Volunteers for the Community Resilience Team.
Design recruitment campaigns to attract community members interested in volunteering with TPMG’s resilience initiatives and recurrent programs and activities like the community garden and "Tiendita Solidaria Project".
Engage with potential volunteers through outreach events, social media campaigns, and community presentations.
In collaboration with Community Resilience Coordinator, coordinate volunteer orientations and ensure volunteers are properly onboarded and integrated into TPMG’s activities.
