E3.24 LISC Communications and Impact Builder VISTA

Duluth LISC works to see people and places prosper by addressing comprehensive revitalization, affordable housing development and preservation, and building the capacity of local community development organizations to see that neighborhoods are places of choice and opportunity to all. Since 2007, Duluth LISC has invested over $90 million in housing and real estate, economic activity, incomes and wealth of families, education, and safe environments. Duluth LISC is dedicated to working with residents and community-based development organizations to transform neighborhoods into healthy places to live, do business, work, and raise families. As an investor, connector, and innovator in the community, Duluth LISC brings local experience, a partner network, nationally recognized strategies, and financial resources to the community. Capacity building within Duluth LISC will further allow the organization to continue and improve its ability to serve the community as a capacity builder and funder.
