Community Liaison VISTA-Partnership4Success

Partnership4Success works with youth serving agencies across Central Ohio to magnify the impact of their work toward creating positive outcomes for youth (grades K-8) and young adults (grades 9-12, ages 16-24). P4S encourages all participating agencies to utilize data as the basis for informed decision-making on how to best meet the needs and capitalize on the strengths of the youth they serve. P4S triangulates data using four types of assessments, self-reflection, observation, and youth voice. The alignment and use of these youth assessment and evaluation tools allows for a more wholistic view and approach to addressing the needs of Central Ohio youth to improve outcomes related to Mental & Behavioral Wellness, Academic Success, and Workforce Readiness while decreasing the impact of Youth Violence, Trauma & Adverse Childhood Experiences, and other negative factors. VISTA resources will be utilized to continue and advance the work of P4S through the assessment of youth and young adults, and the development and curation of professional development, community, and curriculum resources that can be access broadly by all community stakeholders.
