WYRA Land Coach/Administrative Specialist
 
 
 
Qualifications & Requirement High school diploma or equivalent Enrolled in or graduated from the LYTE Scholars Program Currently enrolled in an accredited collegiate-level program (preferred fields: Education or Sports Managemen Proficiency in various computer applicatio Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong organizational, judgment, and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb a ladder Valid driver’s license Ability to pass with a favorable criminal background check and child abuse registry check Essential Functions: Open and secure the WYRA facility as required Oversee workout plans as designated by coaching sta Motivate and support athletes to achieve their optimal performance Provide constructive feedback in a positive manner to help athletes improve Supervise athletes in the absence of coaches and the Executive Director Assist middle school athletes with homework and academic support Purchase necessary items for general operations, including food and gas Maintain accurate records and assist with program communication Represent WYRA at community functions when required Perform other duties as assigned
