AmeriCorps Team Leader
 
 
 
Member support. Provide coaching and support to all AmeriCorps members. Conduct one-on-one meetings. Facilitation. Assist with cultivating team culture with other members in service that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Create and help to facilitate engaging team meetings, trainings and esprit de corps activities for members and youth. Plan Events. Actively participate in planning and executing events including National Days of Service and other community service activities. Outreach and recruitment: Help with outreach activities to attract new volunteers, AmeriCorps applicants, and develop new partnerships. Attend outreach events and help implement the organizational communications plan.

Member Duties : Lead a team of AmeriCorps members dedicated to serving youth struggling academically, with mental health, life and substance use obstacles and family conflict. The AmeriCorps member team will serve as positive role models, provide one-on-one and small group tutoring/mentoring, provide life skills trainings, provide coaching and supporting, providing transportation, removing barriers to care when needed, provide life skills presentations, and participate in group outings and functions. The team leader will assist with documentation for the overall AmeriCorps program, recruiting training and supporting AmeriCorps members,
