| Member Duties : Assess the current state of the Plant a Seed in Our Youth fund development plan and develop and coordinate fundraising strategies. Develop a plan that outlines procedures to attain the needed resources required to provide programs for participants to help break the poverty cycle. The development of a fund-raising plan will help strengthen the sustainability of the organization to fulfill its mission.
