The Help US Grow (H.U.G.) Foundation provides a FREE & engaging reading intervention, character development, and leadership, program that enables students to grow into self sustaining learners. H.U.G. promotes social and educational equality allowing them to BE THE DIFFERENCE™ in their communities. We offer an easy seamless virtual opportunity to BE THE DIFFERENCE™ to yourself and others by lifting literacy. We are a large collaborative intergenerational and multigenerational group of passionate purposeful people. We decrease loneliness by lifting literacy through volunteering. COME JOIN THE H.U.G. team. Help US Grow Foundation reduces loneliness in KY and FL by offering a seamless Volunteer experience for retired people, college students and corporate remote workers. We have over 250 students to serve and the requests keep coming. We will honor your time and your student will show progress on the national test scores. Your time will add value and you will BE THE DIFFERENCE™ in the child’s life.

Member Duties : We seek a dynamic and experienced Kentucky Education Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the H.U.G. Reading Program, coordinating activities, and ensuring the program's success. This hybrid position requires a blend of remote work (70%) and In-person (30%). Must reside in Kentucky(Hybrid Position). Travel required within the state of Kentucky(30% Travel Required)
