Member Duties : UCM is seeking a detail-oriented VISTA member to support our fund development and operations sustainability initiatives. In this role, you will research grant funding opportunities, assist with grant writing, and create customizable templates for future proposals. You’ll also help design donor engagement strategies and improve operational workflows. Additionally, you will support staff training and create tools to track program outcomes and measure impact. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in fundraising, operations management, and capacity-building.
