UAB Inclusive Well-Being Translational Science Lab VISTA
 
 
 
The VISTA will aim to increase awareness of and access to health promotion services through strategic outreach and innovative engagement, build sustainable programs that foster community resilience and promote long-term health equity through D&I translational science, and strengthen the infrastructure and capacity of the Mental Health and Well-Being Translational Science Lab (Dr. Lanzi) for advancing health promotion and D&I translational science.

Member Duties : The assignment enhances access to health promotion services through outreach, education, and collaboration. Activities include creating campaigns, training volunteers, developing scalable programs, and securing funding. It strengthens the Mental Health and Well-Being Translational Science Lab's capacity, builds partnerships, and fosters resilience through sustainable initiatives. Key strategies involve volunteer recruitment, marketing, and resource development, with outcomes of improved access, capacity, and equity.
