Gateway to Hope AmeriCorps Program
 
 
 
Through Gateway to Hope AmeriCorps program, AmeriCorps members will work directly with individuals seeking breast cancer screening and individuals that have received a breast cancer diagnosis. Specifically, AmeriCorps members will deliver case management, enroll qualified individuals, provide ongoing support, facilitate referrals, provide and coordinate financial assistance, assist with insurance optimization, conduct outreach and education, educate medical providers, and conduct relationship building with referral community based organizations.
