ALIVE Accounting and Human Resources Support VISTA
 
 
 
VISTA member will address poverty amongst trafficking survivors through supporting ALIVE's Accounting Programming which will increase available funds directly for survivors. VISTA member will also assist with administrative tasks and human resources support to ensure direct-care poverty alleviating work can continue freely and without problems.

Member Duties : A VISTA member will support survivors of trafficking at a domestic violence shelter in the St. Louis Region. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the shelter’s capacity to provide high-quality, sustainable services to those in need. By working closely with the Accounting and Human Resources teams, the VISTA member will help strengthen internal systems, improve operational efficiency, and develop processes that ensure long-term organizational sustainability. This work will directly contribute to the shelter’s ability to meet the needs of survivors, offering them comprehensive care, safety, and the resources needed to rebuild their lives. The VISTA member will also have opportunities to collaborate with staff, identify areas for improvement, and create innovative solutions that support both the survivors and the team working tirelessly to assist them. This role is vital in ensuring the shelter’s mission to serve survivors with dignity and compassion is upheld for years to come.
