Human Resources Program Assistant VISTA

This program will place community interns in various HJA departments, including finance, human resources, operations, clinical, dental, and media and communications (focus area: economic opportunity). The outcome will be the creation of a skill/job training program that will improve economic opportunity for the participating interns from the greater Trenton community. Creating a comprehensive internship program at HJA will create greater access of on-the-job training and skill building for the young adults in the community, ultimately aiding in their future success to landing that first well-paying job once they have graduated.
