Member Duties : Train and assist students/families to complete college readiness activities, such as FAFSA, college and scholarship applications
Support the execution of college prep program events, such as our in-person learning sessions, college tours, and various school/summer programming
Collect and monitor data related to program effectiveness, student participation, and overall satisfaction
Participate in program team meetings focused on fellow success and engagement
Research college admissions trends, scholarships, and educational opportunities
Adhere to all policies about the program to ensure the safety of all students
Recruit and managing volunteers during the school year
Assist in designing an engaging curriculum that supports college preparation during School Year Program
Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities
Co-create the College Prep in-person summer experiences for rising 10th-grade scholars and graduating seniors
