El Paso County-Rural Community Development Pgm.
 
 
 
The El Paso County- Rural Community Development and Digital Library VISTA Program helps ensure that County residents living in Fabens, Canutillo, and Agua Dulce colonia receive resources they need to help break the cycle of poverty. El Paso County Community Centers are the local anchor for this assistance and this VISTA project will help build the Community Centers capacity. VISTA's will assist in developing a sustainable volunteer system, establishing partnerships, identifying funding opportunities, crafting program curriculum, and creating tracking systems to ensure services can remain after the VISTA service year.

Member Duties : VISTA's will work with Community Services Department staff to help expand social services programming at 3 rural community centers located in El Paso County.
