Community Health Graphic Designer

The National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI) AmeriCorps Program is currently recruiting members for service positions aimed at improving public health outcomes. The NNPHI Public Health AmeriCorps Program has partnered with the Puerto Rico Public Health Trust (PRPHT) to implement public health initiatives that support recruitment efforts for members into community-based organizations across Puerto Rico. The PRPHT is a program of the Puerto Rico Science, Technology & Research Trust (PRSTRT), a private, non-profit organization established in 2004 to foster innovation, technology commercialization, and job creation within the technology sector. The organization contributes to Puerto Rico’s public policy for science, technology, research, and development. The mission of PRSTRT is to invest in and build capacity to advance Puerto Rico's economy, improve citizens' well-being, and support the creation of innovation-driven enterprises. The Trust envisions Puerto Rico as a global hub for innovation that attracts and retains scientists, technology entrepreneurs, and businesses, unlocking world-class creativity and competitiveness. In 2017, PRSTRT was designated as a Public Health Institute and subsequently created the PRPHT program. The goal of the PRPHT is to lead the strategy and development of innovative solutions for public health issues in Puerto Rico. The vision of PRPHT is to achieve sustainable health, improve public health outcomes, and enhance the quality of life for Puerto Rican communities through leadership in public health initiatives and community-based programs.
