Youth Workforce Program Developer VISTA

Florence Crittenton Services (FloCrit) pioneered a nationally recognized trauma-responsive two-generation program model that supports teen families through education, health and wellness, and economic and social asset building. Our campus is a full-service family resource center, including the Student and Family Support Programs Team focusing on needs in Systems Navigation, Clinical Services, Housing, and Workforce Development. Parenting at any age can be challenging, but it can be particularly difficult for adolescent parents; they are less likely to finish high school, more likely to need public assistance, more likely to have low income as adults, and as a result, more likely to have children who face challenges like poorer educational, behavioral, and health outcomes. We are here to change that! FloCrit is located in Denver, Colorado - a bustling city with outdoor concerts, green-chili, and 300 days of sunshine. You're just minutes away from paddle boarding, hiking, skiing, and exploring the Rocky Mountains, so you can have the best of both worlds. Our team values professional development, mental health, collaboration, and fun. We are excited to meet you - let’s work, play, and grow together! (a $200.00 monthly housing stipend).
