Member Duties : Team Leads will serve as liaisons between schools, members, and the staff conducting outreach and assisting OYC staff with program services. As team leads they are also responsible for providing peer support through coaching and mentoring; conducting research for content, and supporting OYC staff during site visits and team meetings.
