Member Duties : Responsible for helping make a difference in the lives of patients facing
a life-limiting illness, practicing QPR Gatekeeping skills and SafeTalk
training skills as needed. Help ensure the patient and family’s needs are
met through companionship, assist with everyday tasks, provide respite
time to a patient’s caregivers, document the extent of their visit and if
there are noticeable changes. Help enhance organizational capacity
through helping patient’s experience and clients served.
