Early Learning Tutor
 
 
 
As an Early Learning Tutor, you’ll spend your days helping kids ages 3-5 talk, read, write, sing, and play to develop early reading and math skills. Working closely with a teacher in a classroom, you’ll enhance daily activities and help our youngest learners build both skills and confidence. With training and on-site coaching, you'll be prepared to help kids succeed. Your commitment during school hours throughout the academic year guarantees a significant impact.

Member Duties : How You’ll Take Action Spend your days helping kids play rhyming games, write their names, learn letter sounds, and develop counting skills. Be a caring adult who’s focused on helping students build their skills and confidence. Track student progress and regularly meet with the school’s on-site coach. Conduct skill assessments and enter student scores into data software. Commit to your own growth as a tutor through coaching, training, and professional development. Represent Early Learning Corps at school events and share your experience with the community to raise awareness.
