| Member Duties : Assist community members in navigating available resources and services, including healthcare, social services, housing, and education.
Provide information and guidance on eligibility criteria, application processes, and available benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of community resources, agencies, and service providers.
Assist in organizing community workshops, events, and outreach programs to promote awareness of available resources.
Track participant progress, and keep accurate and timely records,
Participate in AmeriCorps community service events and program awareness campaigns
Track and maintain accurate program outcome deliverables for reporting purposes
