Member Duties : Position Responsibilities/Tasks:
Assist in providing program participants with individual and group training on all job-related skills. This includes the features and benefits of bank products and services, strong customer service and client engagement skills, bank product/service sales, effective interview techniques, appropriate attire, punctuality, and follow-up practices.
Assist participants in identifying specific areas for individual coaching and mentoring throughout the course of the program.
Assist in reviewing applicant resumes and conducting phone interviews.
