| Member Duties : The City of Austin Youth Initiatives Office (YIO) Program Stewardship VISTA will create new recruitment strategies for Youth Initiatives Office programs and develop a marketing campaign for one YIO program. They will develop new systems to improve program outcomes and participant engagement. And they will establish an Alumni Network that allows the Youth Initiatives Office to both monitor long-term outcomes of program participation and utilize program alumni to bolster current programs.
