The objective of this PHA position includes ensuring quality healthcare for low-income, uninsured, and underinsured patients by: assessing quality control measures and improving clinic workflow to match industry standards of care, participating as a member of the clinic team in an administrative assistant role and registration of patients, enhancing data collection processes, identifying and implementing new technologies to reach and interact with patients, investigating and securing additional funding sources, and exploring possible additional medical/education services to meet needs in the community within the scope of our mission.

Member Duties : Monitor and enhance quality control measures assist with clinic administration and registration of patients. Improve and enhance data collection and analysis on all clinic statistics. Identify and implement new technologies to reach and interact with patients. Investigating and securing additional funding sources. Investigating additional service opportunities through marketing and community outreach. Improving clinic workflow foster relationships with other FCCs and organizations offering similar services.
