Ecolibrium3 VISTA
 
 
 
The Ecolibrium3 VISTA program addresses the root causes of poverty through a framework of community resilience- tackling issues like housing, job development, food access, and health. Members partner with leading nonprofit organizations and governmental departments to build systems to positively impact the economic stability of lower-income households. The VISTA member will be part of the Ecolibrium3 AmeriCorps VISTA cohort. Each member is serving in a unique position, all cohort members will participate in VISTA specific activities such as regular cohort meetings, collaborative projects, professional development opportunities, and trainings.

Member Duties : 1) Activity development programs and systems to reduce the impact and incidence of poverty. 2) Conduct landscape analyses to identify potential partnerships. 3) Build program capacity, expand partnerships, and leverage funding toward program sustainability. 4) Research best practices and develop impact evaluation methodologies. 5) Develop professional skills to ensure post-service success.
