TMA Carroll Community College Wellbeing Coordinator
 
 
 
Using a trauma-informed and wellbeing framework, the AmeriCorps VISTA member will help to create a culture of wellbeing on campus and partner with Pell grant-eligible and first-generation students to understand their needs and how CCC can work with them to support their journey from High School through college. This will include qualitative and quantitative assessment, wellbeing programming, centralizing information and a campus wide newsletter. This partnership is through Transform Mid-Atlantic (TMA, www.transformmidatlantic.org)

Member Duties : The TMA AmeriCorps VISTA Wellbeing Coordinator will work be an integral part of creating a culture of wellbeing on campus. This position will assess the wellbeing of students on campus, coordinate programming efforts across multiple groups, centralize wellbeing resources and create a wellbeing calendar and newsletter. The TMA AmeriCorps VISTA Wellbeing Coordinator will focus on PELL grant and first-generation students to assist with resources and education around wellbeing practices and programs. Create partnership with Carroll County Public Schools to identify students' wellbeing needs to start healthy habits in High School that can be supported once they attend college.
