| Member Duties : The VISTA will have three main objectives: grow community outreach including prioritizing community outreach locations, improving the onboarding process, and expanding the volunteer support system, improve data for individual giving, volunteers, foundation/corporate giving, and sponsors and support and develop fundraising events.
They will learn our donor and volunteer databases, our event software, and help to develop and record SOPs for future use. They will research prospective donors and funders and work with the Development Director to create donor communications.
