Aligning the organization's mission with culturally relevant and poverty alleviating programming, Sanneh empowers youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school programming; improves lives by providing social and emotional development and trusted and caring adult-youth mentorship; and unites communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being. As Sanneh's Program Development and Design VISTA , you will help build organizational capacity by: improving community partnerships benefitting the Dreamline student success program, which partners with schools and students to provide culturally competent mentoring, in-school academic support, and the development of more equitable learning environments; strengthening professional development trainings of Dreamline Mentors and youth serving staff; developing and disseminating a library of professional development resources to Dreamline Mentors and Sanneh youth serving staff . A successful member will be skilled in teamwork, communication, planning, project management, partnership development, computers and technology, research and other general skills. Member Duties : The Sanneh Grants Administration VISTA will improve and support the streamlining of grants management and grants stewardship by strengthening processes to more effectively utilize grants management, grants research, and project management systems.
